For Internet Explorer browsers, you may have to enable 'compabitility view' for this forum will only work properly.  Or install a different browser (Mozilla, Google, etc.)

The best (really the only) way to clear all your data, and start over, is to export the lists of customers, inventory & service items, accounts, etc, create a new file, and import those lists.

There are other ways, but accounting software is designed around keeping track of every change to the data, so in trying to go back to the beginning, you are working against it every step of the way.
